Starting Jan. 23 to Feb. 22, 2026, Disneyland Resort welcome the Year of the Horse with the fan-favorite Lunar New Year celebration.

Disney Parks guests can ring in Lunar New Year, the Year of the Horse with Horace Horsecollar. Most of the Lunar New Year festivities are in Disney California Adventure park in Anaheim, Calif.
Starting from Jan. 23 through Feb. 22, 2026, this joyous festival honors Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean traditions with spectacular experiences, limited-time cuisine, themed décor and fun-filled activities.

35 New Food & Beverage Items
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
For a limited-time, the festival features food and beverages inspired by Asian cuisine. There are 35 new food and beverage items, including japchae noodles, a variety of fluffy baos, spicy pork belly grilled cheese, and iced coffee with topped with ube foam and a guava dragon fruit cocktail.

MULAN’S LUNAR NEW YAR PROCESSION
Daily entertainment offerings during this joyous event include Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession led this year by Horace Horsecollar, special Disney character appearances, live music and dance performances. The celebration extends to Pixar Place Hotel with limited-time menu offerings at Great Maple and The Sketch Pad Café.

Beloved Disney characters will also debut all-new outfits showcasing cultural representation with Donald Duck and Daisy Duck donning traditional Chinese attire and Goofy and Clarabelle Cow sporting attire inspired by Vietnamese traditions.
