If you visit one of the 17 Kabuki Restaurant locations on June 18, you will receive a complimentary California Roll during lunch or dinner. It’s available one per table; dine-in only between the hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Kabuki’s Executive Corporate Chef Masa Kurihara is a classically trained chef who has designed menu items and cocktails for over twenty years. His innovative Japanese fusion dishes pair nicely with Master Sake Sommelier Yuji Matsumoto. Matsumoto is one of only two Master Sake Sommeliers recognized by the Sake Service Institute of Japan currently in North America. A Japanese custom is to pour sake for others at the table first and then yourself.
Chef Masa and Yuji recommend going light on the soy sauce and wasabi to avoid overpowering the flavor of the dish.
