Come Meet winemaker Bill Hawley and learn about his estate-grown, handcrafted Random Ridge wines on Wednesday, March 22 starting at 7 p.m., at The Larchmont.
Located in the Mt. Veeder AVA Napa Valley, the Random Ridge red and white wines you will be tasting are selectively paired with a multi-course dinner. The grapes grown in the Mayacamas Mountains offer a distinctive bouquet.
The Larchmont Chefs will be serving some of the dishes family style at a communal table. Here’s the proposed menu:
Warm Olives; Scallops; Tuscan Chicken Under a Brick; Butter Lettuce Salad with assorted Cheeses and finish with Beignets and dipping sauces paired with a dessert wine.
