The flavor innovators at Dog Haus invited cutting edge celebrity chefs and mixologists to help them raise money for this worthy cause. Last year’s collaboration series included chef Eric Greenspan, owner of Bubu’s Birds and Burgers, for his Bubu’s Hot Chicken Grilled Cheese. Winner of the top selling limited time offering in the 2019 Chef Collaboration Series, this celebrity chef made two of his greatest loves – grilled cheese and fried chicken exclusively for Dog Haus’ acclaimed menu,. Featuring a fried chicken breast dunked and coated in Bubu’s Chili Oil and sprinkled with Angry Dust, made with American cheese, cheese sauce, chipotle aioli, Haus slaw and pickles. It was served on grilled King’s Hawaiian buns.

LA based Chef Chris Oh isa another Dog Haus favorite chef. This charismatic food creator made for Dog Haus Chef Series a KPOP Burger and Korean Fried Chicken Wings. The slicked wings featured KPOP honey glazed chicken wings drizzled with sriracha mayo and topped with wasabi furikake and green onions, and served with a side of miso ranch.

Dog Haus partnered with Cholula’s Brand Chef and LSBS Award-Winning BBQ Pit Master Jessica Bograd to create her OG Cholula Burger for the menu one month. It’s a 100 percent Angus beef patty, white American cheese, Cholula brown sugar bacon, Cholula onion jam, fried egg and Cholula mayo, on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls. Hot, just like many Dog Haus guests like their burgers.

The Michelin-starred chef Anthony Sasso’s Tot Dog, a popular Dog Haus masterpiece was featured with an all-beef dog, extra crispy tater tots, celery salt, coleslaw and Haus barbecue sauce, all served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.

Mixologists include Phil Wills, Lisa Marie Joyce and Mia Mastroianni. Willis was the first original bartender for the very first Dog Haus Biergarten in 2011, then he went big time in 2014 as a continuing expert on Bar Rescue.
