The Raymond 1886 Indian Summer BBQ

For one night only, Chef Jonathan is barbecuing customized meals for you. Build your own BBQ bowl or plate, along with exclusive cocktails.

The $18 bowl begins with a choice of one meat, one side and one topping. Choose brisket with Nueske bbq sauce; pork shiso with bonito teryiaki sauce; or barbecued chicken breast with spicy mayo.

Sides include steam short-grain rice, red quinoa or sesame potato salad. Toppings are crunchy garlic chili or furikake kimchi. The larger portion plates are $28 each.

Army/Navy
Gin, Orgeat, Lemon, Angostura Bitters

Mezcal, Honey, Lime, Chili Salt
