2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Lineup

Foodies flock to Disney California Food & Wine Festival for a lineup of new savory and sweet treats.

The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns to Disneyland Resort from Feb. 28 – April 21, 2025. There is an exciting medley of limited-time dishes and beverages, lively entertainment, colorful merchandise, cooking classes and demonstrations featuring fresh ingredients of California’s landscape. This annual event showcases the fan favorites of Disney’s culinary team, such as meaty Top Sirloin and Gruyere Mac & Cheese, creamy burrata on sourdough bread made by Boudin and Instagram-worthy Mickey peanut butter, chocolate and Snickers Macaron.


This year’s festival introduces Mercado de Antojos, an all-new marketplace honoring Hispanic cuisine, such as a creamy Birria Mac & Cheese, Corn Chip Chili Pie made with IMPOSSIBLE Beef, and Asa’DOS.

Guests planning to sample multiple festival menu items may choose to purchase a 4 or 8 tasting Sip and Savor Pass, which is redeemable for select food or nonalcoholic beverages from participating festival marketplaces or dining locations at Disney California Adventure Park.

Other must-try items included on the full festival menu include a healthy creamy burrata toast on Boudin Bakery sourdough bread with savory and sweet onion jam, sliced tomatoes, arugula with a balsamic glaze. Find this at Aunt Cass Cafe’.

The whole grilled fish Pescado Zarandeado with corn tortillas is another ‘WOW’ dish for foodies to share. It’s served with Spanish rice and a zesty slaw. There are pickled vegetables and a side of chips and salsa. This is available at Paradise Garden Grill.

Sweet treats include an adorable Mickey-shaped Macaron filled with chopped Snickers, and a Cafe de Ella Tres Leches Cake. All items can be viewed on the Disney Parks Blog.


Show off your fandom with colorful new apparel and accessories in many of the Disney boutiques and shops. New this year is a spiffy shoulder bag blue reusable water bottle holder with chef Mickey and colorful headband and hat.

Additional activities for guests include riding the fan-favorite attraction Soarin’ Over California, attending a chef-led culinary demonstrations on Saturdays and Sundays, plus special offerings at the Downtown Disney District and Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. Some of the upcoming seminars include the upcoming Ethel M Chocolate & Wine Pairing.

A fan favorite craft brewery – Crowns & Hops Brewing Co. in Inglewood, is a Southern California Black-owned brewery with a mission is to create cultural equity in the craft beer industry. Founders Beny Ashburn and Teo Hunter aim to preserve culture, build community, help the community and expand one’s palate. They have two beers about to debut that honor those affected by the Altadena and Palisades fire. Their Coast IPA is coming out March 29, and a portion of the proceeds will go towards organizations helping fire victims. Fans enjoy their “The Heritage” Amber Lager,
“8 Trill Pils” Pilsner, “The Dopest” Hazy IPA and “Slays” Maple, Pecan, Vanilla Stout.

Other craft beers poured include Russian River Brewing Company, LA Bodega Brewing Company, Golden Road Brewing Company, Green Cheek Beer Company, Stereo Brewing Company, Chapman Crafted Beer and Noble Ale Works.

Wines served during the opening day of Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival include Bodkin. Self-taught Winemaker Chris Christensen, shared how he disrupted the sparkling wine scene with America’s First Sparkling Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc in 2012. This Sonoma County winery makes an ideal brunch bubbly that is fruit forward with less alcohol.

Other California wines poured during the festival include J. Lohr Vineyards, Kendall Jackson, Duckhorn Vineyards, Silverado Vineyards, Daou Vineyards and J Vineyards & Winery.

Guests can experience with special offers in early 2025, such as the Kids’ Special Ticket Offer (valid for visits through March 20), Southern California resident ticket offer and savings at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort.
