Carnival Panorama was christened on December 10, 2019 in Long Beach by her godmother, Vanna White, the hostess of American game show Wheel of Fortune, along with the USC Marching Band, and top Carnival Cruise Line executives.

Christine Duffy, President of Carnival Cruise Line introduced the ship’s Captain Carlo Queirolo. He expertly sailed the newest and largest Carnival Cruise Line ship, Carnival Panorama from Marghera, Italy to Long Beach, CA on a 39-day journey across the Atlantic Ocean, through the Strait of Magellan to Long Beach, CA.

“The Carnival Panorama is the first brand-new Carnival ship to sail from Long Beach at the Carnival Cruise Terminal in 20 years,” said Duffy. ” After her maiden voyage from Long Beach to Ensenada on December 11, 2019, she will sail from Long Beach for seven-nights to the Mexican Riviera every Saturday, stopping at three ports: Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta.”
